Do Not Judge

This quote has helped me keep a fresh perspective when people seem to be unfair or unkind.

It's helped me keep an open mind on how to react.

At the end of the day, we don't know the storms others are battling. We don't live in the other's body nor do we have their unique history - so we can't possibly know the pain or what pain they're going through. Try to remain open to treating people better than they should be treated even when they clearly don't deserve to be ---- by keeping this perspective in mind.
